Cookie statement
Version of 4 November 2026
In short: the structivy.com website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. That is why it does not ask for your consent and shows no cookie banner. Only when you sign in to the Structivy platform are functional cookies used, which signing in needs.
On this page you can read which cookies and which other storage in your browser the structivy.com website and the Structivy platform use.
1. The website
The structivy.com website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
For visitor statistics, structivy.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts how many people visit the website, which pages they view and through which website or campaign they arrive. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not keep your IP address and does not follow you across other websites. We only see totals, never who viewed a page. Because these statistics have little or no effect on your privacy, we do not ask for your consent.
The fonts come from our own server. No data goes to a font service.
The contact form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser, to establish that a person is filling in the form.
We count how often the contact form is sent and how that ended, for instance sent or refused by the bot check. That count does not include who sent the form or what it said.
2. Signing in to the platform
To sign you in, Microsoft Entra External ID sets functional cookies on Structivy's sign-in domain. They are used only to make signing in work.
3. Browser storage used by the platform
The platform keeps only what it needs to work in your browser's storage:
- sign-in data (tokens) of the Microsoft Authentication Library, so that you stay signed in; these are cleared as soon as you close the tab;
- the language you chose;
- display settings, such as a collapsed menu, filters in the planning and your preferences;
- temporary data about sign-in attempts, cleared as soon as you close the tab.
This storage is needed for the platform to work. The platform uses no storage for statistics or advertising.
4. Removing cookies and storage
You can always remove cookies and stored data in your browser's settings. You will then need to sign in again.
5. More information
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy statement.
